The Meaningful Journey - Aug 17th: Your values are your compass

Welcome to this Sunday's edition of The Meaningful Journey.

Values are not lofty words on a wall.
They’re your hidden compass.
When you drift, it’s usually because you’ve stopped listening to them.

A value-aligned life doesn’t eliminate fear, uncertainty, or setbacks. But it gives you something solid beneath your feet when the ground feels unsteady.

Nature doesn’t question its values. A river flows toward the ocean. A sunflower turns toward the light. What would shift if you trusted your inner compass the same way?

“When your values are clear, your decisions are easy.” — Roy E. Disney
Action: Write down three values that matter most to you right now. Keep them in sight this week as a living compass.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung
Action: Choose one small action today that brings you closer to honoring who you are—not who the world expects you to be.

What’s one decision you’ve been putting off because you’re unsure of the “right move”? What would your values say if you asked them directly?

With clarity,
Terencio

Most of Your Beliefs Aren't Yours: You didn't choose your first religion, your political leanings as a kid, or your definition of success. You inherited them. When You Feel Behind Before the Week Even Starts The Sunday Illusion Most people treat Sunday like a soft warning light — “be careful, tomorrow you’re back in the grind.” But here’s the shift: Sunday isn’t the end of the week. It’s the start of your rhythm. If you give yourself 10 minutes of clarity today, the entire week walks in differently.
